1. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in Edmonton, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready—usually within 2 business days—with instructions and available pickup times.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on Canada Post, but most orders arrive within 4–9 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know!

3. Do you ship outside of Canada?

Not at the moment, but maybe one day! For now, we ship anywhere within Canada

4. What’s your return/refund policy?

Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch with us within 7 days—we’ll always do our best to help.

5. Can I order a custom quilt?

Possibly! We love creating one-of-a-kind things. Please use the contact form to tell us what you’re dreaming of—we’ll let you know if it’s something we can do and give you a quote and timeframe.

6. What is Scrappy Appliqué®? Do you offer classes?

Scrappy Appliqué® is a fun and creative technique that uses fabric scraps to build bold, unique appliqué shapes—like animals, letters, or landscapes! It’s playful and beginner-friendly — and even the most seasoned quilters can’t resist the creative freedom. Every piece is one-of-a-kind!

7. Can I wash my quilt?

Yes! Unless otherwise noted, quilts can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. Tumble dry low or air dry for best results.

Important Note: I recommend using one or two color catchers when washing quilts with dark fabrics, just to be safe. Every quilt is prewashed with color catchers before it leaves my hands, so it's already had a gentle first wash.
