At Half Squared Dreams, every order is packed with care in our little corner of the quilting world — right here in Edmonton. 🧵

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order items, custom quilts, or during busy seasons, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within Canada using Canada Post. We offer flat-rate shipping of $15.99, and you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

If you're in a hurry, we also offer Express Shipping (1–2 business days) for $21.99.

In the event of postal service delays or strikes, we may temporarily use another carrier to ensure your order arrives safely. If your order was shipped before a disruption began, we are unable to re-ship or refund unless the package is officially declared lost by the carrier.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $300. Otherwise, flat-rate shipping rates apply.

Local Pickup – Edmonton, AB
We offer free local pickup in Edmonton! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you via email to confirm pickup timing and details once your order is ready.
Pickup address will be shared directly after your order is confirmed.

Packaging & Sustainability
Whenever possible, we reuse or recycle packaging materials to reduce waste. Your order may arrive in a gently loved box — but everything inside is packed with care 🧵

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of Canada Post (or any backup carrier), we unfortunately cannot control delivery delays. Please check your tracking info first — and get in touch with us if you need assistance.
